Trialta Advisory is a Dallas-based M&A advisory firm focused on providing transaction-related due diligence services to private equity firms, companies, and business owners.
The Founders (Sam, Austin, and Blake) collectively have over 30 years of M&A advisory and diligence experience in a variety of industries, including consumer products, food and retail, business services, engineering and construction, software and technology, manufacturing, and distribution.
Previously, Sam and Blake led the Consumer, Food, and Retail group within the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Houlihan Lokey, while Austin was a deal lead in the Business Services group. Previously all three were members of the KPMG Financial Due Diligence practice.
